Jose Zegarra is a bilingual, entrepreneurial and highly knowledgeable-proactive real estate professional who joined BOND after several years of resale, representing local and foreigners buyers, luxury short term/relocations and new development experience. Specializing in the nuances neighborhoods of Manhattan and Brooklyn, Jose’s innate ability to navigate the complexities of a real estate transaction as well as his personable demeanor allow him to identify and meet the needs of his clients at every stage of the home buying or selling process. He takes pride in his ability to effectively cultivate and manage relationships through his direct, responsive and honest approach to customer service.
With a multi-faceted approach to business, Jose’s ability to manage several areas of real estate makes him highly respected among fellow brokers and new clients. His portfolio of expertise includes market conditions consultations for clients, coordinating appointments and supporting the closing process. He prepares and interprets legal documents include listings, sales and rental contracts, board packages for condominiums and co-ops. Jose conducts market research, calculates property prices and prepares comparisons.
Originally from Lima-Peru, Jose graduated from The Instituto de los Andes with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. His degree has enabled him to create and implement strategies to initiate sales and marketing activities and generate new real estate clientele. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, traveling and hosting for Airbnb. A resident of Manhattan for the past nine years, Jose’s knowledge of the New York City market is truly unmatched.
