Iris Corcos has built a reputation as being professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. Her clients are her first priority and she embraces them as family with a big smile to make what can be a stressful process as easy and as smooth as possible. To her it is not about just selling or renting transaction, it is about helping her clients to find the best place to call home, while creating and maintaining life long relationships.

Iris brings an array of professional experiences to the Real Estate industry. Her long and successful career as a makeup artist with Laura Mercier, Lancome and Trish McEvoy at Henry Bendell and Saks Fifth Ave trained her to provide the sophisticated level of customer care that is expected of companies of such caliber. She is a perfectionist with an unrelenting attention to details and structure.

After arriving in New York City in 1987, Iris fell in love with the Big Apple and made it her home. It is that love for the city, its unique bland of the classic and modern architecture, restaurants and the entertainment that is the driving force behind her passion for the Real Estate.

Over the years Iris developed an interest in Feng Shui. After graduating from the Long Island Feng Shui Institute she spent many years expending her knowledge. This valuable knowledge along with her sense for details allow her to assist her clients in finding and creating the most harmonious living environment as well as reconcile their desires with realistic expectations.

Iris is, without question, the best real estate agent in NYC. She is knowledgeable, flexible, incredibly patient, hilarious, and just an all around great human being to boot. She worked around my schedule, showed me a number of apartments that met my criteria, found a number of apartments that met my criteria with bonus features, and even advocated for pricing modifications for me in order to secure my dream apartment. She also shepherded me through the application/approval process (which included interviews). We remain in touch to this day. I highly recommend working with Iris and personally will not work with anyone else in NYC going forward - she is a gem!

It was a pleasure to work with Iris (and her colleague Karolina). She is lively, knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, and has a ton of patience. Even during these tough times (with the COVID-19 pandemic going on) she met me for viewings TWICE and made sure to answer all my questions on site. Anastasiia and Iris were excellent. Awesome. Pick your superlative, it would apply.

I arrived into NYC on a Saturday at 11.30. By 12.30, I was looking at apts. By 5pm, I had seen 5 - 7 places, and placed an application on two. Throughout the process, Anastasiia and Iris took my feedback to heart (but not personally), modified their search on my behalf and generally worked tirelessly to find me a place.

After I applied, Anastasiia kept in constant touch with the status of my application, and both worked hard to make sure I got the place I wanted.

On the day I signed my lease, I was running late (1 - 2hrs!), but it didn''t phase Iris, who waited to guide me through the process. Afterwards, she even helped me move in!

As the Five Star rating implies, truly, "As Good As it Gets!"

When I was looking for an apartment one year ago, my experience with brokers was tolerable at best. Some of them couldn''t even be bothered to return my calls. My move-out date was fast approaching and I still hadn''t found a place yet. I was pulling my hair out, imagining cramming all my stuff in storage and crashing on my friend''s couch. I felt like I was facing off against the entire New York City real estate machine all by myself. I just barely managed to find a place and I still remember it as being one of the most stressful months of my life.

So when I found out I had to move again this year, I was dreading every step of the process. Luckily, I found Iris. She called me as soon as I emailed her and two days later, we were hitting the streets. When my first application fell through, Iris didn''t skip a beat. We were back out the next day, looking at new places. It was in this second search that she helped me find the ideal apartment. I''m very happy in my new place and it''s all thanks to Iris.

I have moved at least once a year every year for ten straight years and this was the easiest, least stressful apartment hunt I''d ever gone on because Iris took care of everything. She''s efficient, organized, reliable, communicative, intelligent, trustworthy, and tenacious. I never felt like I didn''t have someone in my corner, trying to make this inherently stressful process as stress-free as possible. Not only that, she''s a delightful person. Because she''s so laidback, pleasant, and easy to talk to, apartment hunting with her felt like hanging out with a new friend. Don''t even bother shopping around for brokers because you won''t find a better one.
