Before transitioning to real estate, Michael served as an apparel executive and had a long successful career in the fashion industry. His experience in areas of marketing, business planning, customer service and negotiating enables him to deliver the best results for his clients whether buying or selling. Being a first-time home buyer is stressful enough. Being a first-time home buyer in NYC in the middle of a pandemic felt nearly impossible. However, our worries were immediately soothed the first time we spoke with Michael over the phone. He was kind, patient, and thoughtful as he explained the entire process from start to finish. On top of that, what impressed us the most was how present and involved Michael was during each step. Not only did he and his phenomenal associate Jenny show us properties that were exactly in line with what we were looking for, but once we found “the one”, he advocated heavily on our behalf and secured us an amazing deal. For most real estate agents, this is where the story would end. Michael, however, was helpful up to and beyond closing. He helped us find a mortgage broker, a real estate lawyer, and an inspector. He stayed on top of our mortgage application and assured that it was moving forward appropriately. He even recommended a great moving company! We could not be more thrilled with our experience with Michael, and we will enthusiastically recommend him to everyone looking to buy a home in Brooklyn.

As a first-time buyer in New York, I was initially a little wary of the agents I met with and hesitant to “dive in” with one too quickly.
