With a long history in fashion production, Liz Apgar knows the importance of asking the right questions, prioritizing matters while problem solving and guiding the process from start to finish to satisfy her real estate clients. Although having resided on the Upper East Side for many years she takes pride in the knowledge gained as a bona fide New Yorker. Naturally a neighborhood specialist, this has not limited Liz to having represented clients all over the city.

Growing up in a family service business, Liz learned early on that the customer comes first. She boasts an outgoing, good-natured personality, making her clients feel relaxed and comfortable. She possesses an extremely authentic work ethic, coupled with superlative listening skills, which make for an agent who knows just how to get results and receives high marks from customers she has worked with.

In her spare time, Liz gives much of herself to a private theater group where she has acted, designed costumes and worked on sets. Liz is also an avid film-goer, a standing member of MoMA’s film committee, the treasurer for The Questers, a nonprofit organization focused on antique collecting and historical preservation; and finally, volunteers with Search and Care, a nonprofit whose mission is to help the elderly live safely and independently in their own homes.
