Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Patricia earned a Bachelor in Physical Education and an Associate degree in Business Administration in Brazil, then lived in London for many years. She began her real estate career working as a broker assistant for Flats and Houses, handling various facets of the business, from client service to marketing and administration. Her experience was her foundation for success in the world’s most exciting market, NYC.

An experienced salesperson who frequently over-delivers sales goals, Patricia developed a book of clients from scratch and grew it over time through referrals and active networking.
