Yera worked very hard and did a phenomenal job in helping me secure an apartment that met all my criteria. She met with me multiple times to show me different units around the East and West Village Areas. Additionally, she went above and beyond to ensure that the process went quickly and seamlessly for me, and was extremely communicative. Very happy with the outcome! Yera was super helpful and efficient! I went to see the place and liked it. The next day she helped me to submit the application. The whole took literally only 2 hours. She was very responsive and I got it done so fast that my boyfriend was still chatted with me on the train and after he arrived and I''ve got the apartment! She was also able to give me some insights about the new place and the landlord. So I was able to get familiar about the new place sooner. I am very happy about my new apartment and I''d definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to find their apartments of their dreams!

I was looking for a large one bedroom apartment Downtown. Yera really listened to me and looked for exactly what I was looking for. Once we found that perfect place she negotiated with the landlord to get me the best deal. She is very professional and good at what she does.

My daughter Karin Moyer and I were in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday working with Gabriel Owens and Yera Barakyan to find an apartment for her. I am writing to express how much we enjoyed with them and how much we benefited from their skill and professionalism. She ended up with a beautiful and very distinctive looking apartment in Chelsea, which was her first choice of where she wanted to live.

There are many impressive things Gabriel and Yera do to help their client in every step of the process. First, they are a team and share responsibilities seamlessly, beginning with the intake process and ending with signing the lease. They communicate so effectively that they really seem to read each others'' minds. They share responsibilities and each brings strengths to the process. This was particularly evident as Yera did her searches for apartments and helped us identify what Karin''s criteria should be. Yera and Gabriel both had a deep familiarity with the listings and neighborhoods and were able to find good locations for us to visit and give Karin helpful input.

In addition, Gabriel and Yera were extremely professional and responsive Our viewings with Gabriel went off without a hitch, and the preparation and submission of our application was fast and efficient. We particularly appreciated their patienceon Wednesday as we contacted them repeatedly to learn whether our application had been accepted. They were always good natured, even when we got caughtTuesday afternoon in gridlock uptown and Gabriel had to wait an hour to show us the last apartment. Of course, that was when we learned that he knows every good cupcake and doughnut shop in the city (another way we benefited!).

In short, we left Bond feeling that we had made great friends and received first-rate service and advice. You are lucky to have Gabriel and Yera, and we were so lucky to meet and work with them. Thanks again to all of you!!
