Listings Manager

A gifted database specialist, Kate Sutton is an engaging, energetic real estate professional with a dedicated work ethic. She is attentively focused and can figure out solutions to any problem with uncanny speed and accuracy.

Kate manages the Listings Department offshore data entry teams and trouble shoots the proprietary BOND listings database. She engages with landlords and management companies to see that their rental apartments are up-to-date and marketed properly. Agents rely on her to provide access instructions and accurate information so they can assist their clients with the most timely and reliable information available. BOND’s Rental Listing Department is very happy to have her on their team.

Born and raised in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, Kate earned her B.A. at UNC-Wilmington. She majored in finance on a full academic scholarship and worked at Wells Fargo Bank after graduation. Kate has been immersed in real estate from a young age, when her father took her with him when he showed properties to buyers or met new sellers to list their land or home. It was instilled in her that she would one day take over the family real estate legacy. Today, she is a business partner and co-owner of the family-run business.

In 2012, Kate was asked to head the Listings Department for a New York City based Real Estate Firm. When BOND New York Properties acquired that firm in 2017, she quickly became an integral part and valued member of BOND’s Listings Team.
