Working with Lwane was great. The highlight of our experience with her was that she listened to the requirements my wife and I provided. Where other brokers told us we were being unrealistic and tried to show us apartments well outside of our parameters, Lwane pulled from Bond''s deep portfolio to meet our (admittedly high) expectations. This alone would have warranted an excellent review, but in addition she was delightful to work with, professional, and flexible. On the process end of things, once we decided on a place there were no hiccups. We would recommend Lwane as an excellent broker who will accomplish your real estate goals while making the process very enjoyable.

Lwane commands both a strong sense of character as well as a strong understanding of what is necessary to succeed in her business. We reached out to Lwane with a quick window of need. She was immediately responsive and provided us options within our budget in the neighborhood we were most interested in living. She scheduled and attended viewings with us and when we found the place we wanted she did an amazing job negotiating on our behalf. She has knowledge of the city and the market. Lwane came highly recommended to me from a trusted friend. From the moment we met and all the texts and calls leading up to that point, I could tell that I had the right person. She is a consummate professional, eager, diligent, and highly responsive. Knowing that I was dedicated and committed to purchasing a home, she worked with me on that part too. We hired Lwane when we were looking for an apartment in New York. A difficult task when you are cross country and working full time. Lwane took the time to understand our likes, dislikes, budget, commute and neighborhood requirements. She quickly went to work and within 48 hours after our first conversation we had a list of potential apartments complete with pictures and great descriptions. I cannot speak highly enough of Lwane! This was my first time dealing with agents in NYC, and I''ve experienced the ones who take their time in getting back to you, the ones who criticize everything from your income range to your request for a pet-friendly apartment, to the ones who show you apartments way out of your price range and break your heart. Lwane was professional, personable, and helped us get a perfect apartment after several months of searching. Lwane showed us three apartments, all within our price range, all a fantastic value, and made wonderful suggestions to utilize the space effectively. One thing I really appreciated is that she was honest- she talked about the pros and cons of each place, and encouraged us to look around and investigate to see if there was anything we didn''t like. She told us about the neighborhood, great restaurants to try in the area, and even walked us to the subway after our viewing so we would know the quickest way to get downtown. She also went the extra mile in the approval process- she told me exactly what documents I would need and basically walked me through the entire process, and had an incredible response time. We were approved in a week, and she was able to negotiate with the landlord to let us move in early without paying extra! I would unreservedly recommend Lwane to any of my friends looking to move, and have an entire new outlook on the process of finding an apartment now- Lwane took the pain and headache out of it for me! Look no further than Lwane if you''re looking for as stress-free of a apartment hunt as possible!

Keys is a a great person to work with. She''s honest, helpful, and reassuring. Most importantly, she does her job well. My roommate and I were looking for spaciousness and affordability, as well as safety and peace of mind in Harlem. It only took one outing to know that she found us a great apartment. Keys is very efficient. I inquired on a Sunday night about a listing and she responded within minutes of me pressing SEND on my e-mail. On that following Tuesday, we went to see five apartments all in the same area. We handed in our deposit and paperwork on the following Wednesday/Thursday. By Monday/Tuesday, we signed the lease. Even though we moved fast, there was never a feeling that she was pressuring us at all. We moved at our pace and she respected that. On our initial phone call, she didn''t just try to get us "through the door" like some other brokers do. She asked me smart questions about what I was looking for, about what mattered to me, about budget, etc. She really took the time to understand what our practical needs and wants were. I could tell from my conversation that she would be working hard for me. (And she did until the very end.) One of the most important things we talked about were the costs outside of rent. It was clear and upfront what we needed to account for. And she was fair when we needed to discuss further. I was really impressed with her when we went into each apartment. With her experience, she understand what our reactions meant. She also got a feel for the relationship between my roommate and I, such as what was interesting to my roommate vs what was interesting to me. And she asked us directly how we felt about specific things. Bottom line, she really listens and takes action. She has my high recommendation.
