Todd Simmons joined BOND New York after a decade with Halstead Property. He has an extensive background in both New York City real estate and the arts. Originally from Portland, Oregon, he has lived in New York City since 1999 and after more than 20 years in the city, considers himself a New Yorker. He enjoys guiding his clients through the complex but exciting terrain of New York City, whether co-ops, condos, townhouses or rentals. A long time home owner in Brooklyn Heights, Todd loves sharing his fascination with NYC's many vibrant and diverse neighborhoods and maximizing his experience to make it as easy as possible for his clients to find and move into their dream homes. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two daughters and is an active member of his co-op board.
