Bonnie has been a simply superb support and agent for us. We are two brothers who found ourselves in need of an agent when our mother died in August. How do you prepare an apartment for sale, how do you manage the whole thing when one of us lives in Germany and the other lives in Washington. The answer was Bonnie, who is simply a powerhouse of energy and smarts. She literally took the problem off our hands for us, arranged to have it emptied, cleaned and prepped, pretty much single-handedly.
