Bonnie Brown

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Bonnie Brown has been selling New York real estate since she started her career specializing in co-op conversions working for two major management companies. Once co-ops and condos were well established and the mainstay of New York real estate, she continued to sell apartments as resales.

Throughout her career, Bonnie has been repeatedly recognized as a top-selling broker, and has earned multiple awards such as Broker of the Month many times and has been acknowledged as Broker of the Year.

Bonnie has a low-key yet upbeat style which both buyers and sellers find refreshing and easy to work with. She is described by both her clients and peers as always happy, extremely warm, joyful and charismatic. Her ability to put out any fire and bring the most difficult transaction to a happy and successful closing has earned her the nickname “fireman” among her colleagues. With each transaction, she strives for a "meeting of the minds" in which both seller and buyer are pleased with the end result.

Bonnie joined the BOND family with decades of experience under her belt and wanted to take what she could offer her clients to the next level with the firm’s forward-thinking, amazing marketing tools and innovative environment coupled with an outstanding executive team. Indeed you will BOND with Bonnie!

When not working on behalf of her clients, Bonnie enjoys foreign films, theater, and all things New York and French! Having lived and worked in Paris prior to real estate, she still maintains her friends in France who visit often and keeps a small studio apartment in the heart of Paris which her friends named Chez BonBon. Fluent in French, she has become a liaison to many of her friends who have purchased apartments as investments in NYC.

Bonnie has been a long time volunteer for MJHS Hospice and Palliative Care, Elder Care, various Food Banks and New York Blood Drives yet always open to other volunteer opportunities.

Bonnie is a long-standing member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Bonnie has been a simply superb support and agent for us. We are two brothers who found ourselves in need of an agent when our mother died in August. How do you prepare an apartment for sale, how do you manage the whole thing when one of us lives in Germany and the other lives in Washington. The answer was Bonnie, who is simply a powerhouse of energy and smarts. She literally took the problem off our hands for us, arranged to have it emptied, cleaned and prepped, pretty much single-handedly. We could not have done this without her, and look forward to closing the deal when we find our buyer. Thanks for all your great support, Bonnie!

Thanks to Bonnie we now own our dream of a beautiful Fifth Avenue apartment with views of Central Park from our terrace. She is a true professional, supportive and knowledgeable. Bonnie walked us through the Board application and closing with great care. Because of her concern and attention to detail, the transaction went smoothly and quickly.

I recently worked with Bonnie Brown to sell my apartment and to buy another. Both went beautifully. Her professionalism and knowledge of the market really came into play in selling my apartment. She recommended a “stager” which I am convinced contributed greatly to a quick sale at the highest price possible. She also provided me with a reasonable contractor and even volunteered to meet the workers when I was unavailable. Bonnie remained calm and professional throughout, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell and apartment.

After meeting with numerous agents, we selected Bonnie Brown for the sale of our penthouse condominium near Beekman Place. She was an easy choice because of her warmth, flexibility and significant experience. We can attest to her integrity and willingness to go the “extra mile.” Bonnie’s expertise was indeed evident by her ability to find a buyer within 3 weeks at our asking price! We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a stress free real estate experience and will certainly use her ourselves for any future transactions.

As a court-appointed receiver with orders from the United States District Court, I have had numerous interactions working closely with Ms. Brown first-hand. An imperative responsibility is to sell primary assets that included a condominium in a highly affluent neighborhood. Ms. Brown’s work ethic, professionalism, and integrity are among the attributes she displayed during this large real estate transaction. Her initiative, motivation and dependability were contributing factors to the successful selling of this property. In addition, Ms. Brown went above and beyond the call of duty utilizing her resourcefulness in collecting information which led to the location of other valuable assets for the victims. That said it is without hesitation that I would highly recommend Ms. Brown to manage any real estate transactional needs. She will successfully achieve the goal and exceed expectations!”
