Daniel came to New York and got his first exposure to Real Estate while managing a 110-residence Upper East Side portfolio as a Resident Manager. Living and working in the neighborhood allowed him to gain expertise and knowledge of the market over his years at the company. While also living in the neighborhood, he engaged additional landlords by also working in Private Household Real Estate Management as well. In his most recent role, he was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Management/Owner. There he gained a thorough knowledge of many legal and management aspects of the business.

Daniel is fluent in spoken and written English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. He dedicates his time to living and working in the Yorkville area with his fiancé and 2 dogs.
