Before transitioning to a career in real estate, Louis spent decades as a professional musician and recording studio owner. His experience as a sound engineer and musician throughout New York City, enabled him to master the skills needed to coordinate complex projects with absolute precision and no room for error, all while managing different viewpoints and sometimes competing interests.

Louis knows the city inside and out and can assist his clients with any neighborhood. He has spent most of his years on the Upper West Side. As a culture buff with a lifelong love of classical music, he appreciates the presence of Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. He also loves having close access to the American Museum of Natural History, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Central Park, Riverside Park and Lincoln Center.

Louis is a gentleman. I mean this not only in the holding-doors-open sense, but he took time to really listen to our needs. We had tried an agent with another company before him, and that person was constantly showing us properties at the margin and even above our stated budget. Not so with Louis! In fact, when we needed to lower our budget constraints a few months in, Louis didn’t blink an eye. He was genuine throughout the whole long process, and we were very glad to have his advice when we encountered a few questionable deals! Highly recommended.
