Christiana Beniamino

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Christiana is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and is always up-to-date on the state of the market and current market trends. She is able to educate her clients and provide them with all of the information they need to make informed and intelligent decisions when it comes to their real estate transactions.

Christiana gravitated towards real estate after having some not so pleasant experiences herself. As someone who is naturally driven to help people, she was determined to right the wrongs from her own experiences. She believes a broker needs to be honest from the start, have the client’s best interests at heart, be transparent, be able to explain things to ways that make sense to the client, be organized, professional, and just have a warm rapport that takes the stress out of a challenging event in a person's life. Christiana is all of these things for her clients.

In addition to being a real estate professional, Christiana is also a full time high school world history teacher in Westchester, a career she has enjoyed for the last 17 years. An educator at heart, she understands first-hand that navigating the New York City real estate market can be overwhelming and Christiana is both empathetic and patient in guiding her clients through the process. She works tirelessly to ensure her clients fully understand every step of their buying, selling or renting experience. She wants her clients to feel comfortable and building trust with them is an important part of her working relationship with them. This is especially evident in the way that even clients that happened to find their dream apartments with other brokers, have referred Christiana to friends and family because they enjoyed the overall experience of working with her.

Christiana has lived in NYC for over a decade in many different neighborhoods including the UES, Nomad, Murray Hill, Columbus Circle area, West Village and recently Hell’s Kitchen. She loves that each neighborhood feels almost like you are visiting a different country and is excited by the different foods, architecture, people, vibes. Currently, Christiana specializes in the Upper East Side and West Village where she is able to provide her clients with a wealth of information about inventory as well as the neighborhoods themselves. She also specializes in helping first time buyers and renters and loves nothing more than seeing how happy they are when she receives a picture of her clients in their new homes all settled in.

Full of energy and a desire to help as many people as she can, when Christiana is not helping her real estate clients or teaching her students, she is participating in many charities that promote physical and mental health. As a personal trainer, she keeps active as much as she can. She also loves to travel and has been to 21 different countries and plans to experience many more.
