A wise property investor, Rose owns several rental buildings in Brooklyn, she lends her keen business sense and experience towards helping others make equally, wise decisions. Whether they are looking to buy, sell or rent an apartment or townhouse, her clients benefit greatly from her highly attentive service, easygoing nature and tenacious work ethic. She builds trustworthy, business relationships by following through on every detail until her clients achieve their goal.

Raised in New York City, Rose attended the University of Buffalo and earned her B.A. in Economics from Hunter College. For six years, she was the Administrative Assistant to the Global Head of Energy Trading at BNP Paribas — a French investment firm. As Event’s Coordinator at Morgan Stanley, she organized forums for top quality firms to review reports on non-life insurance investments. Though she is passionate about finance and the investment banking industry, the birth of her two sons prompted her to make a career change. Rose is passionate about Manhattan and enjoys a very successful career in real estate.

In order to sell my apartment in Manhattan, I was lucky to have Rose Leong to be my broker. She explained to me clearly and sincerely all up-to-date data of apartments selling prices in Manhattan and other related information I should know. My apartment was quite old, so she accompanied me on purchasing needed furniture and also borrowed her own new ones for me to arrange my unit nicely.
