Julia followed through and showed me a listing. She worked with to pull all my documents together for the application process. She truly showed she was invested in this transaction and genuinely wanted it to happen. She was great through the whole time.

Julia responded to my roommate and I''s request to view an apartment very quickly. She met with us in person and was on time to our viewing. She was helpful in giving us information about the apartment and neighborhood. My roommate and I felt comfortable and that we could trust her. Once we told her we were interested in going forward with the apartment of our choice, she advocated for our application and kept us up to date on any new information. She was easy to work with and helped us get the apartment we loved!

Julia was an absolute pleasure to work with. I can’t say enough about her she listened to exactly what I wanted and was very proactive. She kept me calm and I had so much trust in her. I love how she let me make the decisions but would add her input when she knew I was looking for it. I would of never found my dream studio first time living alone in NYC if it wasn’t for her! Julia thank you for being so responsive and willing to truck around NYC in the hot city for me!
