Richard Topp comes to BOND with 15 years experience in NY real estate. A native of Manhattan and resident since his graduation from the University of Miami, his experience includes buying and selling all types of residential properties in the city. With his background in software design and consulting, project management and marketing Richard is able to tailor customized solutions to his customer’s needs.

Richard’s real estate experience includes representing both domestic and foreign buyers as well as serving native New Yorkers who rely on his lifetime of experience in New York City. He gives personal attention to each situation and prides himself on being available to his customers. One of Richard’s greatest strengths are his communication skills which ensure his customers are fully informed at each stage of the process. Since joining BOND, Richard has immersed himself in BOND's enrichment programs to enhance his real estate knowledge and further hone his skills.

Richard is an active member of: The NY Historical Society, the Metropolitan Museum, the NY Botanical Gardens, the NY Zoological Society and the Turtle Bay Association. In his first career, Richard was the National Sales Manager and Marketing Director for a national textbook publisher and is familiar with both public and private educational choices in New York City.
