Our agent, Jenna Paulus, was a dream to work with! She listened to our wishlist and matched it to the best of her ability while keeping us in check with what we could realistically get on our budget. She was very upfront at all turns about costs, legal questions, management companies, etc. She also made herself available via text (my preferred method of communication) at all times possible. And she did so all while keeping a smile on her face and ours. I loved the feeling that she actually cared about us as people and not just as a paycheck. Again, she was very upfront about everything. Overall, it was a great experience that made finding our new home so much easier!
