Eric has many years of real estate experience that extend far beyond being a licensed agent. He has worked in almost every facet of the industry including management, accounting and finance. He has worked as a property manager and accountant for a family office and as a senior analyst and accountant for a top development and management firm. His broad knowledge of the industry as a whole gives his clients a competitive edge and additional insight into their real estate transaction that goes far beyond just seeing a property.

Known for being incredibly organized and detailed, Eric has the hyper-focused ability to zero in on the best possible deals available to his clients and ensure their time is used in the best possible way. He is known for his compassionate and caring approach to working with clients and how closely he works with them to make their real estate journey as stress free and as enjoyable as possible.

Having grown up on the North Shore of Long Island, Eric accompanied his father multiple times a week to Manhattan while he attended to his businesses and to take piano lessons at Carnegie Hall. After high school, Eric attended Fordham University in the Bronx and interned or worked in the city every semester. As soon as he was able, he moved to Manhattan to finally live in the city he considers to be the greatest in the world. He loves to share not only his expertise of the real estate market but also his love of the city with his clients.
