Josh utilizes his great sense of humor to make what could be a stressful situation as easy as possible for his real estate clients. “He made a painful process painless!” said one of Josh’s recent clients. He considers himself a team player and goes into each transaction as part of a unique team with his client where he provides his unwavering support and full commitment to seeing them through to the end of their real estate journey.

Josh has an extensive background in the performing arts as an actor and voice over artist. His experience as an actor has taken him across over half the United States, bringing theater to tens of thousands of people. Josh also has a background in teaching in a range of subjects to students of all ages from improv to Hebrew. The culmination of his experiences have helped him develop indispensable communication and organizational skills that ensure his clients’ time is used effectively and efficiently to achieve the best possible outcome.

Josh was born and raised on the Upper East Side and knows the ins and outs of the city that extend beyond real estate. He now resides at the tippy top of Manhattan in Inwood. He is able to educate his clients not just on what particular property would be the best fit for them but also what neighborhood you’d find the best burrito and burger.
Josh went to George Washington University where he majored in Dramatic Literature with a minor in Journalism. He’s a huge movie buff and theatergoer and a sucker for anything pop culture.

Josh made finding an apartment in NYC from out of state pleasant and easier than ever.
