Jenna was so helpful in finding my first NYC apartment! She was super organized and ensured that we had all of our documents and necessary info ready before applying which ended up making the actual application process a breeze. She was also super genuine and accepting when an apartment wasn''t for us. We ended up being able to secure our first choice apartment all thanks to Jenna - I absolutely recommend her!

Jenna is super helpful! Within minutes of telling her what we were looking for, we got an email with a dozen apartments that we saw real potential in. She was really straightforward with the pricing and amenities of each place. We signed our lease within two weeks of searching with her. We had bad experiences with agents before, but Jenna was a fresh breath of air. We felt she was truly on our side.

Jenna was a delight! As a recent grad, I was nervous about finding our first apartment out of college. When we met Jenna, she offered her expertise right away. She really listened to what we were looking for and took excellent care of finding our perfect fit. Jenna Paulus was the best decision my family made when searching for an apartment for our daughter in NYC. As parents, it was difficult to not be part of the apartment search and selection. She listened to our concerns and must haves and delivered! Jenna went above and beyond to take special care of our daughter, communicating every step of the way, totally preparing us for the necessary paperwork, and ultimately finding us the best apartment we could imagine for our daughter. My roommate and I worked with Jenna Paulus this summer to squeeze out of a current lease in Washington Heights and find a place in Harlem. Jenna was amazing on all fronts, helping us find what we were looking for and providing positivity and strength along the way. Everyone knows, finding a place in New York City is a stressful race, but Jenna kept all the pieces moving in a timely manner. I moved from California and had no idea how the apartment system worked here. I was referred to Jenna who was an angel through the process. She kept me motivated and would really put 110% into every meeting. On the day we found my beautiful apartment, we viewed close to 8 different places and the "one" was the very last. It does make a difference who you choose. If you want someone on top of paperwork, outgoing, fun and professional you need to request Jenna!

Our agent, Jenna Paulus, was a dream to work with! She listened to our wishlist and matched it to the best of her ability while keeping us in check with what we could realistically get on our budget. She was very upfront at all turns about costs, legal questions, management companies, etc. She also made herself available via text (my preferred method of communication) at all times possible. And she did so all while keeping a smile on her face and ours. I loved the feeling that she actually cared about us as people and not just as a paycheck. Again, she was very upfront about everything. My family and I worked with Jenna Paulus to find my writer/actor son an affordable place in a quick time frame. To add to the difficulty, we were trying to get this done without making a visit to the city before leasing the apartment. As newcomers to the NYC apartment game, Jenna took great care of us. Keeping us on an even keel, answering our questions, helping to make the process less stressful. We were lucky to find something we liked and she was great with the logistics including helping us get through the applications and then the lease document. For someone we had never met, it felt like we really had a friend on our side making this move possible. It was scary to sign a lease and make a commit with only a video, but everything matched up and my son is now happily in his new place. Jenna was a great advocate and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I mean the reviews below say it ALL! Jenna Paulus is an INCREDIBLE real estate agent. She was able to find my two roommates and I an amazing apartment that we signed a TWO-year lease on because we loved it so much. We saw about 7 or 8 apartments in one day with the last one being the one we went with. She walked us through every step of the way. Our apartment was from an open house and she went to bat for us and guided us through the entire process. Real estate in NYC is tough but Jenna makes it approachable and fun! Many many many thanks to her for just being a ROCKSTAR at what she does. We moved in Sept 1 and she still has been constantly checking in on us to make sure everything worked out swimmingly. Thank you, Jenna! We would not have been able to do this without you!!
