As an advisor and guide, Kathleen’s lasting relationships with her clients come from her commitment to being 100% transparent and kind. She will take your needs seriously but also provide you with an honest assessment of how those needs align with the current market and provide thoughtful alternatives if necessary.

Kathleen’s experience working as a general and production manager in theater and live events with multi-million dollar budgets has given her unparalleled organizational and communication skills that she uses to provide her clients with the best possible options. Kathleen is a problem solver who always remains calm under pressure and is able to talk her clients through any crisis.

Kathleen has twenty-five years of experience working in the entertainment industry as a performer, director, producer and production manager. Her experiences in the entertainment industry have instilled her with both a tenacity and a willingness to get back up after failure. These qualities are key to succeeding in the entertainment industry as well as in real estate.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Kathleen has lived in New York since 2000. She lived here through 9/11, the blackout, the MTA strike and most recently, the pandemic. She is constantly inspired by New York’s resilience and strength. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in music and theatre from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, and a Master of Arts in Musical Theatre from NYU, and is currently working on a Ph.D. in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky. She has been a member of Actors' Equity Association since 2007. When not assisting her clients with their real estate needs, Kathleen pursues her many other passions. She is a marathon runner, sailor, and huge baseball fan with an aspiration to one day sing the national anthem at all thirty major league baseball parks (she has already sung at two). She is also a proud dog mom.
