Enrique is known for his ability to instantly put his clients at ease, no matter how stressful their real estate journey may be. His personable and kind demeanor combined with his expertise and market knowledge, ensures his clients are always informed, communicated with and guided every step of the way.

As a theatrical performer, director, choreographer, producer and educator, Enrique’s confidence in taking on the many challenges, obstacles and struggles that come with the arts translates into a confidence in taking on the challenges, obstacles and struggles that come with any real estate transaction. He never waivers in his commitment to his clients’ needs and is never afraid to get his hands dirty or face whatever comes his way head on. Enrique applies the same work ethic to his performing arts career as he does to his real estate career. He works tirelessly to get the job done.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Enrique has lived in New York City for the past twenty-two years and has lived in three out of the five boroughs. Having also lived in other parts of the country from Virginia to California, he understands first-hand what it takes to relocate to the city and provides a solid sounding board for others embarking on their move. Beyond his extensive knowledge of the inventory available in the city, he is an excellent resource for understanding the many different lifestyle aspects a neighborhood provides. Enrique has lived in Washington Heights, the Upper West Side, and the West Village. He currently lives in Central Harlem. He loves all the neighborhoods he has lived in, and especially Central Harlem because of the community outreach programs and friendly neighbors.

In addition to assisting his clients with their real estate needs, Enrique is a commercial theatre producer and on the Musical Theatre Dance faculty at Manhattan School of Music. When not working, he loves traveling, sports, and entertainment.
