In addition to being real estate professional, Nathan is an actor/creative, a field that lends itself to being open and observant, two qualities that help him in being able to keenly assess a situation, read between the lines and act accordingly. Born and raised in a small town in Kansas, Nathan received his Bachelor of Music from Oklahoma City University. He has lived in Harlem for just shy of five years. He loves the constant energy and buzz that New York City has and loves that there is always something new to discover and do. He loves his neighborhood in particular because of the food, the vibe, the proximity to different parks and the community at large. In his neighborhood, he constantly sees the kindness and help other people provide one another and it makes him feel like he is somewhere that is larger than himself. When not helping his real estate clients, Nathan is a huge fan of theater, opera, the visual arts, fitness, nature and Dungeons and Dragons and spends his free time indulging in all of them.
