Jonathan has been in the real estate industry in different facets for over 30 years. He has worked professionally as a business analyst, reviewing business locations and the costs associated therewith. He was also a mortgage broker with GuardHill and Bank of America for three years. Finally, he earned a master’s degree from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. Having covered multiple sides of the real estate business, Jonathan brings a unique skill set, unparalleled qualifications and expertise when it comes to assisting his clients with their real estate needs.

Throughout Jonathan’s professional career, he has specialized in analysis. With his clients, he provides a thorough needs assessment and analysis based on their criteria in order to set up a game plan that will achieve their real estate goals. Jonathan uses his analytical skills to identify the best properties for a buyer based on their most important criteria. For his sellers, he qualifies and quantifies buyers in order to make sure his seller gets the best deal price-wise and that the buyers can actually close the deal. He works closely with both his buyers and sellers to understand exactly what they expect to get out of their transaction.

Providing the best possible customer service is of utmost importance to Jonathan and in addition to his expertise and experience, he provides his clients with an experience that guarantees they are listened to, heard, and communicated with every step of the way. He makes himself available to his clients and provides an environment that makes them feel comfortable. Jonathan also believes that an educated consumer is his best customer and works to educate his clients about the process and the current market as it pertains to their specific needs in order to relieve their anxiety and decrease the sense of uncertainty embarking on a real estate transaction can cause.

Jonathan has spent the last 14 years on both the Upper West and Upper East Sides as well as a year in Brooklyn Heights. He loves how stimulating the city is, the people he has met from all over the world and the seemingly endless diversity of cuisine, the performing arts, the sports teams and culture. It is a city where there is something for everyone.

Jonathan is originally from Morristown, NJ. He received a BA Classics degree from Cornell University and an MBA in finance from NYU and an MS in real estate from the Schack Institute. He is a board member of the Homeowners Associations for the past eight years. He is a proud regular blood donor having donated over ten gallons of blood to date. He lives with his wife, Lauraine, daughter, Chloe, son, Richard, and his beloved 12-year-old dog Ginger, who he enjoys caring for when he’s not working with his clients. He is also an avid gym goer, cycling and resistance training to maximize his longevity.
