Having moved apartments at least 10 times since moving to New York City 16 years ago, Paul knows first hand how challenging the process of finding a home in the city can be and he also knows how crucial having a reliable, efficient and compassionate real estate professional who will persevere not matter what is essential in a person’s real estate journey. Paul makes sure he is that real estate professional for his clients with an added sense of humor and a dose of fun.

Specializing in downtown Manhattan, Paul brings a high energy personality, a sense of humor and his in-depth knowledge of New York City to each real estate journey. As a trained and seasoned actor/performer since childhood with starring roles in film (FAME, G.B.F, MTV’s The Hard Times of RJ Berger) and in theater (Sail Away at Carnegie Hall and Mercury Fur at The New Group), he understands first-hand what it takes to achieve your goals. Having achieved his film and theater success by being relentlessly driven in his pursuits, he applies that same drive and determination to helping his clients achieve their real estate dreams.

Born in Secaucus, New Jersey, Paul moved to Manhattan to attend the Professional Performing Arts High School (PPAS). It was love at first sight and Paul considers New York to be his undying inspiration and soulmate. In addition to his passion for New York City living, Paul is an avid reader, a theater, film, and television buff and an art aficionado.
