Born and raised in Harlem, Luis currently lives in Riverdale. Before becoming a real estate professional, Luis had a successful career as a NYPD Volunteer Police Officer and a financial crimes investigator. His previous professional experience has made him an expert in providing accurate and up-to-date information and thorough, skilled analysis. His professional experiences have also made him a self-motivated critical thinker who can easily adapt to any situation. When not assisting his clients, he loves to dine out, visit nearby beaches and parks and volunteer within his community.
