Cynthia prides herself on her never ending thirst for knowledge. She is always striving to better educate herself and when it comes to her profession, she stays on top of the newest technology, market conditions and trends and resources for buying and selling a home. She is also always educating herself on the newest inventory and changes in any given neighborhood.

Born and raised in New York, Cynthia knows the city inside and out. Raised in the East Village, she has seen her neighborhood as well as the city go through tremendous transformations. She enjoys learning about the new architecture and the new people that have come to the city over the years. What I like most about the city is that there is always new architecture and people coming in. Raised in the East Village, when I was younger there were a lot of old properties and now there are alot of new residentials and you have more people moving in.

There is a quote that Cynthia heard a long time ago that still resonates with her today: “Sigue luchando por las cosas que te importan” which in English translates to, “Keep fighting for the things that matter to you”. Cynthia carries this philosophy with her in everything she does and extends it to her work with her clients who know they can count on her to fight for them no matter what.
