I cannot thank Samuel Humphrey enough for helping my roommate and I find an apartment amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Samuel was always quick to respond and is such a kind and understanding individual- which was much needed during a period when our housing/roommate plans seemed to change by the day. He stayed with us throughout the entire journey (a two-month-long venture due to our situation constantly being altered by the pandemic) and ensured that we found a place we were 100% happy with, a huge feat when apartment hunting virtually. I am truly so grateful to have had such a wonderful agent help me through this already difficult market in an increasingly difficult time. Working with Samuel Humphrey at Bohemia Realty has been a wonderful experience. After reaching out to him about a possible apartment, Sam was quick to reply and set up a time for us to tour not one but four apartments in the same building complex. He was on time and friendly, walking us through each apartment and providing us with as many details as possible. When we decided on the apartment we wanted he was quick to provide us with all of the necessary materials we needed to fill out in order to submit our application quickly. He was always available via phone, text, or email to answer any questions. When we were approved for the apartment his commitment did not stop there. He made sure we got all of our questions answered and that our move-in date was secured quickly. Sam is smart, friendly, very knowledgeable, and is an absolute pleasure to work with. We would recommend him to anyone we know who is in search of an apartment! Wed give him ten out of five stars if we could!

I connected with Samuel Humphrey at Bohemia to find an apartment in NYC and it was a smooth and transparent experience. This was my first time navigating the NYC rental market and I was pleased to know that he would be able to walk me through it step by step. There were no fee rental options, and with COVID there were video tour options. He was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process and accommodated for viewing apartments remotely. I would highly recommend working with Samuel to find a place that works for you.

Sam Humphrey was able to help me find a great apartment in West Harlem for me and my dog at short notice.
