A native Brooklynite, Walter still owns the house he was raised in, which was purchased by his grandparents in 1916 after immigrating from Italy. His deep roots in the community, local connections, and personal experiences gives him an unmatched wealth of knowledge about this ever expanding, thriving neighborhood.

Walter has worked in all aspects of residential leasing and sales in New York City. He’s done everything from hitting the streets as a top producing agent to working on site in luxury buildings. He was also the exclusive leasing director for one of NYC's largest residential portfolios.

Most recently before joining BOND NEW YORK as a Managing Director, Walter and his partner Steven supervised one of the top residential teams at the Corcoran Group for all of Brooklyn and Queens. His expertise and experience make him one of the most well-versed managers in Brooklyn, and the perfect choice to lead BOND NEW YORK's first office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn!
