Shira believes confidence and transparency are two of the most important qualities to have while leading clients through the process of a successful real estate transaction. She also believes in active listening and straightforward communication to ensure efficiency while accommodating her clients’ needs.
Shira takes an empathetic approach to her clients in order to better understand their perspective and what they are looking for. She puts her clients first by putting herself in their shoes and asking the right questions. From there, Shira provides tailored solutions to meet her clients’ needs and remains one step ahead of everything from required paperwork to potential problems that may arise.
As an actor, producer, dance teacher, and personal trainer, Shira has a strong sense of networking, goal-orienting, and constant acceleration while overcoming obstacles. She is also extremely organized and methodical. Exploring the arts has made her a creative thinker with a keen sense of how to work with others to make a project a reality all while under a tight deadline.
Originally from Israel, Shira came to New York City after her service there. She has been living in New York for the last seven years in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. She knows the city inside and out and can offer her expertise not just in inventory but also in which neighborhood would best suit a client based on their lifestyle needs.
For Shira, New York represents a place full of immigrants and people from all walks of life chasing their happiness. Her job is to make them happy when it comes to all things real estate. When she is not helping her clients chase their own happiness, she is very active in her own community, participating in yearly events for different women’s organizations focused mostly on the arts. She also volunteers at a dog shelter and the Bronx Zoo in the summertime.
