Damon understands how intimidating the New York City real estate market can be and his friendly and outgoing demeanor makes it easy to communicate with him on all of your housing questions and concerns. He is incredibly responsive and works hard to establish a trusting relationship with his clients built on respect and honesty. He also is known to rely on some good humor when things get stressful, finding that some laughter along the way is necessary to power through.
As an actor, Damon knows first hand what it takes to accomplish a goal and realize a dream. He is tenacious and determined and he applies that same drive to his clients’ real estate pursuits. He goes above and beyond, ready, willing and able to work around the clock to get the job done. He pays attention to every detail, and uses clear and timely communication to get you into your desired home. He puts himself in his client’s shoes and works hard to truly understand what they really want and need.
Originally from Huntington Beach, California, Damon moved to New York City three years ago and has already tested out three different neighborhoods: Morningside Heights, Greenwich Village and central Harlem, where he currently lives. He loved each neighborhood and can offer tremendous insight on each. For Damon, one of the best parts of the city is that each neighborhood is different and there is always a place for everyone to call home.
Damon attended Syracuse University where he studied Musical Theatre and Graduated with a BFA in Musical Theatre in May 2022. As a musical theater performer, he is an avid theater goer and loves to stay up-to-date with what is going on in the industry. He is also a food lover and loves to try all of the new restaurants that pop up all over the city.
