Ike was SO responsive, communicative, and supportive. We had told him about the difficulties we had officially moving out of our old apartment and he made sure that the process of applying for our current apartment was fast and easy. He answered all questions and was overall a genuine/kind guy. Thank you Ike!

We began our contact with Ike in Los Angeles. Eager to assist us in our move to the city he insisted we meet with him upon our arrival. Meeting with Ike we felt an immediate connection. From the beginning he was very attentive, listening and implementing our wants and needs. We had no doubt he would present us with just what we were looking for. His earnest and amicable nature was nothing short of comforting. He was exceedingly knowledgeable, presenting us with various options all tailored to our specific criteria. Ike Ugokwe was very helpful, we found our 1 bedroom in the east village very quickly. He and the co-broker worked out a renovation contract as well. We found our place efficiently and we love it, thanks to Ike.

My wife and I recently relocated to NYC from Texas. We had no idea what the apartment market was like in Manhattan at all. We were told to go through a broker. We were warned being "out of towners" we were still at the mercy of whoever we employed.
We did the research and came across Bond New York''s agent Ike Ugokwe.
Ike took our requirements for a 2 bedroom apartment close to a subway station in our budget.
Lo and behold he found the needle in the haystack! The apartment exceeded our expectations. Plus there was no "hidden clauses or surprises " at the lease signing.
Almost a year later we are still singing the praises of Ike and Bond!
