Where Would You Live?  Predominantly turn of the century architecture with historic brownstones, brick and masonry townhouses along tree-lined streets. There are several historic districts and landmarked public buildings. New luxury condos are being built to meet the growing population.


Neighborhood Features: In the last 10 years, Bed-Stuy has become increasingly gentrified. Commercial sectors like Fulton Avenue have everything from coffee shops and cafés to art galleries and antiques shops.  Bedford Avenue is restaurant row with restaurants such as SUD, Joloff and Black Swan opening along the main drag.
