What can I say, except that I can't say enough. Sue was a huge help in the project. I was selling my Aunt's apartment and was quite unprepared for the rigors of selling a co-op in Manhattan, however, Susan Goldenberg did all of the heavy lifting and made the whole affair very manageable. All was completed under her watchful and most knowledgeable eye and made all of the arcane and Byzantine customs and procedures of the co-op sale understandable if not downright pleasant.
