My roommates and I looked at a lot of apartments with a lot of agents before finding Hugh and Justin at an open house representing the apartment we ultimately signed for. They struck a good balance of professional and friendly. They answered our questions about the apartment well, and when we decided to apply for the apartment, they helped us through the process quickly to help us secure the apartment. While we decided not to look at any other apartments with them after they showed us the first one, they were available and offered to show us a handful of other suitable apartments, some of which we had seen earlier on StreetEasy, and some listings that were exclusive with them, which looked like good options if we had decided to continue looking. I had a good experience going through the process with Hugh and Justin and I recommend working with them.

I can''t recommend Justin Duffy and his team enough!! Throughout our whole process of relocating from CT to NYC, Justin was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and determined to help us find our home. From our initial meeting to when we signed our lease, Justin never got frustrated with our criteria and remained our biggest advocate in making sure that we never felt like we were settling. In looking for an apartment in New York City, it began as a daunting task for my daughter and I, given we were from Arizona.
