“Richard Hoyt was a friendly and efficient broker to work with. My roommate and I started our search for an apartment online and had visited a few before we were connected with Richard. During our first meeting with him, we saw 3-4 apartments that were within our budget and near the trains we needed. After talking more in person about our criteria (laundry in building, near the 1, 2, & 3 trains), we set up another time to look at a few spots. Within the second week we had found the apartment we ultimately moved into. Everyone in the complex is very respectful, it feels safe, and the rent feels reasonable. Richard was helpful in calming the realtor who was in quite the rush to move things along over the weekend when we were all out of town anyway. He made sure our questions about the lease agreement were all answered before we signed anything. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience working with Richard and we would definitely work with him again.”
