Susan is very experienced, knowledgeable and extremely reliable. I consulted with her about my coop renovation and she gave me some excellent advice to add value and marketability of the property. As a result, it was sold for much more than expected. I had to move to overseas before the property was put on market and handled the process remotely, but Susan was trustworthy and tremendously helpful from begging to end. Her excellent communication and coordination skills made the entire process easy for me and I cannot thank her enough!

There were a couple of things that made Sue truly outstanding. First, she had great judgment about pricing and the market. I had been trying to sell one of my apartments for over six months. When looking for a new realtor i was told to lower the price dramatically and to spend thousands on upgrades. . Sue disagreed, her videos and photo shots were fantastic and we sold the apartment close to full price in short order. It’s hard to know where to begin. Sue was the best real estate broker we could have ever hired to represent us. We are from Massachusetts and set out to buy a condo or into a coop for our daughter, who was moving to the New York City. We were so nervous, and wanted to pick a place that was perfect for her, but had no idea where to begin. We found Susan’s name, literally by chance, and made a call and after just one conversation, we were convinced, that she was the person to see us through. And boy were we right! First she explained everything about the coop vs. condo process. Then she helped us find, within just one weekend visit, the perfect coop. She set us up with so many showings so we could maximize our opportunities in that weekend. After making the right offer, she guided us, step-by-step, through the incredibly daunting process of buying into a coop. The process of getting board approval was so overwhelming, but she NEVER lost her patience and got us through the board package presentation, a nearly 700 page document she put together ON HER OWN. Not only was she commended by the coop on the thoroughness of the package (which apparently never happens), but because of her diligence we sailed through the interview to immediate approval.
