Our son was offered a position in Manhattan and we had one week to find an apartment to relocate him too in three weeks. We needed time to complete the lease paperwork and approvals. Yes, we tried it on our own at first..you have to find a broker and Greg is fantastic! 5 stars plus! We reached out to Greg on Friday evening with our must haves and by Monday we had an apartment for our son. Please understand results may vary as I feel we go lucky! Greg was available day/night/weekends to answer my questions thru the process as I wanted to make sure our son was safe as he is in his early 20''s and just graduated from college out of state. The apartment was all about location and wanted a locked access building that was 15 minutes or less walking distance from his place of employment in Midtown Manhattan. He also provided us an outstanding hotel recommendation..The Parker Hotel as well as dining and transportation options. Who does that! We flew into New York on a Sunday and he made sure that someone was at his office with the keys for the apartment so we could access it. Yes you do pay a broker fee however it is so worth it, especially when you are out of state and have to arrive site unseen and trust who you are working with. Place your trust in Greg.
