Toni was not the first broker that I met with in looking for an apartment in NYC, but from my first conversation with her, I knew that she was the best. Toni made sure she knew exactly what I wanted - I gave her some obscure intangible things (not too loud, not too quiet, a lot of sunshine but not too public, etc...) and she somehow was able to synthesize everything I was saying I liked and find me the perfect apartment! Toni was also so incredibly patient and helpful...helping me map out where I would put all of my furniture and how I would decorate each apartment. I never felt rushed or pressured and her insight was so appreciated. Honestly, I used to think broker''s fees were a rip-off but Toni 100000% deserved one for all of her work and support. I would use her again in a heartbeat & I simply can not recommend Toni enough! She is warm, understanding, incredibly efficient, and dedicated to her clients.
