Before transitioning to real estate, Alexander worked in beverage sales, first for Bai Brands which had triple-digit growth in the last five years he was with them, and FIJI water, which is one of the top selling premium waters in the world. As the development manager for these two companies, he was required to create new accounts and grow existing ones. This job required a high level of task management, strong negotiation skills and relationship building in order to be successful. His mastering of these skills gives his clients a competitive edge in the real estate market.
Born and raised in Washington Heights, Alexander specializes in the area west of Central Park all the way up to Inwood. When he isn’t assisting his clients with their real estate needs, he is pursuing photography as both a hobby and a secondary profession.
Alexander graduated from the City College of New York with a degree in Psychology.
