The consummate professional, Carole Cusani has the unique ability to create lasting relationships with her clients. Her talent, commitment and determination have established her reputation as an agent who not only makes the real estate process pleasurable, but who knows how to drive deals to successful conclusions.

Carole believes that establishing a level of trust, credibility and comfort are essential to establishing a successful working relationship with clients. Carole’s skills were developed during a successful career in magazine publishing, where she worked in sales for well known publications such as Traditional Home, Country Home and House & Garden.

A graduate from Boston University with a BA degree in English Literature, Carole has also completed course work in the History of Decorative Arts in the Masters Program at the Cooper Hewitt Museum. Carole is an accomplished decorator, avid reader and traveler, and enjoys museums, theatre and dance.

Carole did a great job. She put-up with me changing my mind as to location, how many bedrooms, how much i wanted to spend, etc. She exhibited great patience and understanding over my four month search period for a Manhattan condominium. At no time was there any hint of pressuring. Furthermore, she knows the neighborhoods and the buildings. Often, she would tell me straight-out if she thought a certain unit was over priced or point-out deficiencies that I overlooked. When it came time to arrange for the closing, she was right on top of things with excellent follow-through.
