Dennis was extremely helpful in securing a rental unit in a co-op building. We were leasing it sight unseen as we were out of state, but he FaceTimed a viewing and we even "met" the owner of the unit. The management company and listing broker were difficult to work with but his patience and persistence paid off. The unit is amazing for the price and Dennis worked hard on our behalf to get the deal done. We will not hesitate to use his services again!
