I was very impressed with Frances knowledge and hands on support she gave to a mutual client. I was not a buyer or a seller in a recent transaction but I was the mortgage loan officer for our mutual client that purchased a NYC co-op. Her expertise made this deal a seamless transaction and I know it was very helpful to not only the client but to myself as well. She wanted to be involved in the full process and was such an open and welcoming person that it was such a pleasure to work with her! I have seen thousands of transactions and she is one of the best...I am looking forward to connecting on future deals!

Frances helped me purchase my first time home. She amazed me with her professionalism and her warmth. It didn''t matter that I had a small budget while my needs (like a south facing apartment and an elevator building) were "for someone with a better budget" as another agent scornfully put it. She stuck with me through the whole process, and is one of the nicest people I have known in New York for the past 20 years. If you write her she will write back immediately; if you ask for a little information you will get plenty, complete with spreadsheets and calculations. If you make an appointment she will be on time or ahead of time. In the end, I got the apartment I never thought I would. A true one bedroom, top floor, elevator, south facing, live-in super, laundry, quiet block, and more! And all within my budget. I recommended her to friends and they are equally happy. Five stars for Frances!
