A native of Manhattan, Jeremiah has been a licensed New York real estate agent since 2000. He has earned trusted relationships with many of New York's most distinguished Brokers and Landlords. An engaging, detail oriented listener, he has a gift for assessing market strategies and articulating pro-active solutions. His seasoned experience gives him a trained eye for unique rental and purchase opportunities allowing him to best serve the needs of his clients and customers.
Jeremiah specializes in residential leasing, and knows how to keep his customers well informed, while making sure they are prepared with every tool available to ensure the most agreeable terms and likely approval for signed leases on desired apartments.
While attending Fiorello F. LaGuardia HS of Music and Art, he spent his summers working as a messenger for his step-father's Brokerage firm. During his college years he worked on staff in Apartment Listing Services and Key Access Management before becoming a licensed Real estate agent. In 2004, he was hired by Phipps Houses Services Inc. for the purpose of re-branding, marketing and managing on-site leasing for an eight building complex that would come to be known as Kips Bay Court.
Both Jeremiah's parents, Jerry Weinstein and Kathleen Brimlow, are legends in Manhattan Rental Brokerage giving Jeremiah a rare, life-long insight and an in-depth understanding of the market. He has worked with extraordinary innovators in the industry and has closed hundreds of deals.
Jeremiah has been a student of Yoga and the Martial Arts since childhood and has studied with some of the most celebrated masters of Kung Fu and yoga therapy. He is certified by Sivananda, Jivamukti and Heart of Yoga, leading international workshops and retreats seasonally. Additionally, he has studied cooking in India, Nepal and Thailand and has various vegetarian cooking videos and blogs emphasizing balanced nutrition, World flavor and healthy lifestyles.
