Karina specializes in property sales and rentals, downtown and throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. She has lived in four of the NYC boroughs, and currently resides in Brooklyn. Knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods and keen listening skills enable her to identify her clients’ unique needs and accurately match them the ideal properties.
Polish born and Queens raised, Karina also spent a few years living in Germany. She is fluent in Polish and English, plus conversant in Russian. Her international background affords her an understanding of clients from different cultures. She is a graduate of Baruch College in Manhattan with a Bachelor degree in Finance and Investment, and minor in Psychology. Prior to entering real estate, Karina worked for an investment management firm that raises capital for hedge funds and adds value to investors. She directly reported to the principal and excelled in roles that include research and analytics, preparing presentations, coordinating events and interacting with clients.
When not busy working, Karina loves traveling the world. Meeting new people and learning about their culture is her favorite thing to do. At home, she loves hanging out with friends in the city, seeing a good play or movie and trying new restaurants. Her passion for fashion and interior design is useful in maximizing small spaces and creating aesthetically-pleasing environments. Volunteer work is also a priority for Karina, who is involved with the Reciprocity Foundation that helps homeless youth.
