A veteran sale and rental agent since 1990, Pasquale started in Greenwich Village then, four years later, ventured on to the rest of Manhattan and is now a very popular and respected name in the sales and rental industry. His focus started with residential sales, rentals and small building management. Over the years, Pasquale has made many clients from European law firms as well as Diplomats; namely The Delegation of the European Commission to the United Nations (written references available upon request), and The Permanent Missions of Germany to the United Nations, the (FY) Republic of Macedonia, Italy, China and the Permanent Mission to the UN & Consulate General of Switzerland in New York. He was also successful in having secured accommodations for the former President of the 62nd Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations (reference and recommendation letter from the President commending Pasquale for his hard work is available upon request) as well as the Finnish Ambassador and Special Adviser to the President of the United Nations General Assembly/First Committee of the United Nations Security Council Reform in 2007-2008-2009. For Pasquale’s hard work, in 2010 he was invited to be filmed as a cast member in the European Documentary film about the Ambassador and Former Presidential Adviser titled ‘In the Shadow of Doubt’ ©2010. His credit for such work is acknowledged on IMDB. Pasquale was also a trusted recipient of referrals from The Division of International Business Affairs for The Office of the Mayor of the City of New York (1994-2001).

Knowledgeable in all price ranges, a welcomed member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Winner of the REBNY (Real Estate Board Of New York) 1st place Residential Deal of the Year Award in 2005 and 2010, Pasquale is valued member of Bond New York for his decades of sales and rental experience. His expertise is to evaluate the market, listen closely to the needs of the customers and then make a perfect match. He is resourceful in using his vast knowledge of the Manhattan market and very creative in promoting his client's properties to the greater portion of the Real Estate industry all while respecting everyone's time. Pasquale is tenacious in his efforts to help customers find the right home and achieve the best result. Accountable for all his actions and sensitive to his client's diverse needs, Pasquale understands the trials one must endure throughout the process. “Commitment, integrity, camaraderie, and honesty are the key elements needed for every successful transaction” so if you are looking for an agent or network of agents with proven ability, please contact Pasquale and he will be glad to assist you.

Personality and insight: Pasquale is a 4th Generation Italian American, enjoys playing bass guitar since the age of 13, and is a Manhattan resident for over 26 years. His love for travel includes regular visits to Scotland, Italy, Belgium, and Paris. Born and raised in Ozone Park, Queens, Pasquale's love for the Manhattan skyline began at the age of 7 when driving with his parents over the Queens Borough Bridge to see his Dad perform live in an Oldies Doo-Wop ensemble called The Five Discs. During the summer of '82, Pasquale got his first car and took a summer job with a family friends' Business Brokerage Business as a desk clerk. One day a buyer walked in asking for a particular business, no one else was in the office and since Pasquale knew the files, he pitched one and the buyer bought. He didn't get to work the transaction himself as he was not of age just yet, but this is when his love for assisting buyers and sellers began. Since he began in 1990, Pasquale has not stopped enjoying his work and he is thankful for the ability to live in such a great city and to enjoy the first loves of his childhood. Pasquale is a former hospice volunteer for MJHS. Obviously, Pasquale is a very diverse person and likes to keep himself busy. He is always professional and is very well liked by everyone.

Goal: To be as consistently conscientious and helpful in both his private and professional life. Let's BOND!
