Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Reginald V. Ferguson is a native New Yorker, which seems to be a rarity these days. As a result, you can count on him to offer a direct, unique and well-informed perspective on this city and the real estate market. A self proclaimed "unpaid ambassador" of this city, Reginald has a very personal stake in what’s going on and how people feel about the place he has lived all of his life.
Born and raised in Manhattan (Greenwich Village) and currently living in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn (home of Smith Street, one of the new restaurant rows), "Reg" is a graduate of New York University with a marketing degree from Stern School of Business. His whole professional career has been devoted to sales and marketing, most notably as a sales executive in the cable industry in which he worked for some years until migrating into the real estate industry. He formerly was the President of his building’s Tenant’s Association; presiding over a condo conversion. Currently, he serves on Community Board 6 (CB6), under Permits and Licenses along with Parks and Recreation.
Whether you are a buyer, seller, renter or owner, be assured that you will receive optimal service and support from Reg. He prides himself on his customer service and calls himself the "King of Follow up." He says, "I will do whatever it takes to earn your business; I will be your advocate and advisor. I understand that this may be the most intimate decision you’ll make this year, let me make it easier."
