Roger began his career in real estate seven years ago outside of Boston, working on both the listing and buying sides. When he bought a co-op here in Manhattan, he learned firsthand about the much talked about co-op package. His skills translated well to Manhattan, and several months after obtaining his New York real estate license, he sold a 2 bedroom 2 bath co-op. Having been through the practice himself made the process go smoothly for his buyers. He's been on a roll ever since. For sellers, His marketing skills are unparalleled and he knows how to properly position a property to get the best price in the shortest time.
Another plus: having already developed the valuable virtue of "extreme" patience while raising his two successful (and beautiful!) daughters with his equally patient wife, it has been the near futile attempt to train his two untrainable dogs that has transformed Roger into the most tenacious and imperturbable person you’re likely to meet.
