Born and raised in the Bronx, N.Y. Scottie Cabrera knows there is no other city like New York City, as complex and magnificent as it is. As an OSHA-Certified union carpenter who has helped build NYC for nearly a decade, working on noteworthy landmark buildings such as the World Trade Center’s Freedom Tower, The United Nations, and the Empire State Building. Scottie uses this knowledge to guide his buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions.
Scottie’s diverse and extensive resume which includes hospitality services, philanthropy, fashion and chauffeuring has provided not only great connections, but also great people skills. All of his previous professions were interpersonal and rooted in the need to directly help and guide individuals. These experiences have enabled him to be a real estate concierge service to his clients by connecting them with allied resources they need.
With five years in the business, Scottie has built a reputation for being able to deliver effectively and efficiently for his clients while maintaining impeccable ethical standards. His calm but diligent disposition allows him to effectively understand his clients’ needs and wants so that he is able to deliver at an extremely high level.
When he isn’t educating and assisting his clients with their real estate needs, Scottie can be found immersed in and giving back to his community from being an advocate for Autism Awareness to participating in the Food Bank NYC and other food distribution initiatives for those in need. Scottie has an equal love of food and music and can often be found at a concert or out in NYC nightlife or trying a new restaurant.
