Terence was born and raised in Hong Kong and over the last twenty years has lived on both the West and East coasts. His bicultural and bilingual background brings a unique East-meets-West perspective to the Manhattan, New York real estate market.

After many years working in the auto industry for DaimlerChrysler where he gained invaluable experience working in credit services and then in consumer credit loans in the financial department, he decided to become a real estate agent in New York.

Terence believes that owning real estate is the best investment anyone can make. Terence’s personal experience in real estate, when he bought his first home in California after college, was simple and painless and he has sought to ensure his clients have the same experience he did. Terence’s thorough knowledge of the New York real estate market ensures his clients are in good hands.

Growing up in the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, Terence developed a unique understanding of the needs of the international clientele who seek the sophistication of fine properties. He enjoys the process of helping his clients find their perfect dream homes. He will scout for the right properties, no matter how much time and patience it takes.

Terence works with a broad range of real estate, both in sales and rentals, includes residential and mixed-use buildings, modest condominiums and luxury homes.

He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Terence holds a BA in Business Administration from UC Riverside.

In his spare time he hosts wine tasting dinners throughout Manhattan restaurants and plays golf.
